About
I am a service design strategist based in Chicago. I facilitate collaborative processes that align stakeholders to design and deliver exceptional experiences.
If you aren’t sure what service design is, watch this 3-minute-long video.
Currently, I’m an independent consultant open to new projects!
Facilitation
As a group facilitator, I conduct workshops that focus on root cause analysis, stakeholder alignment, ideation, and prototyping.
I engage and influence diverse stakeholders by:
- Leveraging principles of behavioral economics.
- Speaking to their needs
- Sparking their imaginations
Systems Thinking
My experiential travel company reached more than 150,000 people over 12 years. For our rapid business pivot in 2020, I orchestrated complex interconnections of external and internal factors (see feature above).
As a systems thinker, I excel at designing customer-focused services within practical requirements.
Prototyping
As a strategic “doer,” I excel in collaboratively constructing basic prototypes and synthesizing user research to iterate rapidly.
To test solutions for business process improvements, outputs may include process flows, user flows, and wireframes with clear visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making.

Just for Fun…
My First Hustle
In college I designed and printed a t-shirt for fun and it turned into my first business. The graphic is a person with a mullet haircut and the lines of the face spells "mullet."
The shirt even appeared on MTV. I used Adobe Dreamweaver to design my first website.
